Additional deceased coyotes discovered in southern Arizona


Wildlife officials in Tucson, Arizona are investigating a case of possible poisoning after discovering several dead coyotes, javelinas, a raven, and three dogs in the area. A total of 32 dead coyotes have been located so far. Officials believe the animals may have consumed poisoned bait left in the area. They do not suspect any new poisoned bait has been placed since the initial report. Residents are encouraged to report possible wildlife violations to Arizona Game and Fish.
