Arizona’s bullpen struggled in the sixth inning, allowing four runs. Arizona State reliever Cole Carlon played a key role in shutting down the Wildcats, retiring all 13 batters he faced and striking out 10. The Wildcats will now turn their focus to their upcoming game against New Mexico State on Tuesday at Hi Corbett Field. Despite the loss, Arizona remains optimistic and looks to bounce back in their next game.
