A Connecticut man was allegedly held captive and starved for decades by his stepmother, Kimberly Sullivan, who has pleaded not guilty to charges including assault and kidnapping. The man, who was found weighing only 68 pounds after setting a fire to escape, had been captive since he was 11 years old.
