The Arizona Cardinals are gearing up for the NFL Draft with their top 30 visits in full swing. These visits allow teams to meet with prospects at their training facility leading up to the draft on April 16. Among the players linked to the Cardinals’ top 30 visits include Oladejo, Scourton, Johnson, Skattebo, and Stewart.
Oladejo, a pass rusher from UCLA, has met with at least 10 NFL teams including the Cardinals. Scourton, a defensive end from Texas A&M, has also met with the Cardinals as well as the Texans. Johnson, a cornerback from Michigan, has visited with the Cardinals, Falcons, and Raiders. Skattebo, a running back from Arizona State, had a top 30 visit with the Cardinals after an impressive final season with the Sun Devils. Stewart, a pass rusher from Texas A&M, was one of the first prospects linked to a top 30 visit with the Cardinals after an impressive showing at the NFL Draft Combine.
These prospects are all looking to impress teams ahead of the draft and hopefully secure a spot on an NFL roster. With mock drafts projecting some of these players to go as high as the first and second rounds, it will be interesting to see where they ultimately land on draft day. The Cardinals are doing their due diligence in evaluating talent to build a competitive team for the upcoming season.
