The son of Diana Truschke, a California woman who died after falling at Trump Hotel Las Vegas, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Trump International Hotels for alleged negligence. Truschke was in her 70s when she was struck by a revolving door at the hotel, causing her to fall and suffer severe injuries that ultimately led to her death in 2024. The lawsuit claims that the hotel’s revolving door was not in compliance with laws and regulations and was in a dangerous state at the time of the incident. Truschke, a real estate agent in the San Francisco Bay Area, was a patron of the hotel at the time of her fall. The suit seeks damages for medical and funeral expenses, as well as damages for pain and suffering. The Trump Organization has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
