Jordyn Tyson Fully Cleared for ASU Football Spring Practice


Arizona State receiver Jordyn Tyson is gearing up for spring camp after being cleared to play at full capacity following a shoulder injury in the 2024 Territorial Cup. The Sun Devils’ key player missed the Big 12 Championship and College Football Playoff quarterfinal as a result of the injury but is focused on staying healthy for the upcoming season. In 2024, Tyson led the nation in receiving yards over the last eight weeks of the regular season and accounted for a significant portion of ASU’s total receiving yards.

Tyson has also been named to the leadership council for the upcoming season, taking on a more vocal role as a leader on the team. He is working closely with new receivers, including transfer addition Jalen Moss, to ensure they are comfortable with the offensive scheme. Wide receivers coach Hines Ward is pushing Tyson to continue improving and leading by example on and off the field.

As spring camp gets underway on March 25, Tyson is excited to be back and fully healthy, ready to make an impact for the Sun Devils in the upcoming season.
