Utah State softball continues its 2025 campaign at the ASU/GCU Invitational in Arizona this week. The team will face five different opponents including Oregon State, Grand Canyon, UTEP, Arizona State, and Seattle. The games will take place from Feb. 28 to March 1, with live stats available for all matchups and select games streaming on ESPN+.
After a successful showing at the Lyman Classic last week, where they scored 62 runs in five games, the Aggies are looking to continue their hot hitting. Senior Giselle Gonzalez was named the D1Softball National Player of the Week for her impressive performance, hitting five home runs in one week.
Utah State currently ranks in the top 50 nationally in several key statistics, showcasing their strong start to the season. Senior Ariel Fifita leads the nation in assists per game, while junior Rylie Pindel is undefeated with a 6-0 record in the circle.
The Aggies are ranked No. 14 in the D1Softball Mid-Major Top 25 poll and are looking to continue their success at the upcoming Purple Classic in Arizona.
