In their second match against Loyola Marymount, Arizona again won the doubles point and five players won their singles matches in straight sets. Freshman Glib Sekachov clinched the sweep with a tiebreak win. Smith and Jay Friend remain undefeated in singles play, with Friend also leading in doubles alongside Eric Padgham. The team is now 7-1 on the season and gearing up for a ranked match against No. 25 Pepperdine.
