Practices like yoga, meditation, and adequate sleep can help maintain a healthy mental and emotional state, reducing the risk of cancer. By making these lifestyle changes and being proactive about prevention, individuals can significantly lower their risk of developing cancer and live healthier lives. World Cancer Day serves as a reminder for everyone to take charge of their health and make choices that promote well-being and reduce the risk of this devastating disease.
