Arizona and UConn are in the final stages of completing a home-and-home series


The Arizona Wildcats men’s basketball team is set to face off against the UConn Huskies in a home-and-home series starting in the 2025-26 season. The first game will be hosted by the Huskies next season, with the second game taking place at McKale Center in the 2026-27 season. The dates for the games have not been announced yet.
The Wildcats, currently ranked No. 20 in The Associated Press’ top 25 men’s basketball rankings, recently defeated ASU and Iowa State, with guard Caleb Love being named Big 12 Player of the Week for his performances.
The Huskies, ranked one spot higher than the Wildcats with a record of 16-6, are coming off a win against Marquette and have moved up in the rankings this week.
The last time Arizona faced UConn was during the 2018-19 regular season, with Arizona winning 76-72. In the seven games between the two teams, the Wildcats hold a 2-5 record against the Huskies, including a Final Four loss in 2011.
