Brent Brennan, the head football coach at Arizona, has announced that Seth Doege will be the Wildcats’ new offensive coordinator for the 2025 season. Doege, a former offensive coordinator at Marshall, has been in the coaching industry for nine years, working his way up from a graduate assistant to an offensive coordinator.
Doege, 35 years old, played college football at Texas Tech before starting his coaching career. He has experience working with notable offensive minds like Graham Harrell and John David Baker and was previously the tight ends coach at USC and the quarterbacks coach at Marshall.
During his time at Marshall, Doege oversaw an efficient passing offense that produced 27 touchdowns and only four interceptions. Additionally, the team’s running game was ranked 20th nationally, averaging over 200 yards per game on the ground.
With Doege’s air-raid offensive background, Arizona fans can expect an uptempo, balanced offense with a focus on passing. Doege’s experience and success at Marshall make him a strong addition to the Wildcats’ coaching staff.
