The University of Colorado and Colorado State University will both be playing in bowl games on December 28th, with CU playing in the Valero Alamo Bowl against BYU and CSU playing in the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl against Miami (Ohio). CSU’s coach Jay Norvell expressed excitement for the opportunity to play in the Arizona Bowl and hopes for a successful end to the season. CU’s coach Deion Sanders is looking forward to the Alamo Bowl and sees it as a reward for the team’s hard work this season.
CU earned their bowl eligibility with a win over Cincinnati and have had a successful season, while CSU clinched their eligibility with a victory over Nevada and is looking to finish strong. Both teams will play on the same day, giving Colorado football fans a chance to support both schools on a exciting day of football action.
