Blanco Reserva, a new upscale version of the popular Mexican restaurant chain Blanco, is set to open on Dec. 13 at the redeveloped former Paradise Valley Mall site in Phoenix. This will be the sixth Blanco restaurant in Arizona and one of the first tenants to open at the new development near Tatum Boulevard and Cactus Road. Inspired by Spanish ranchos, the menu at Blanco Reserva will feature traditional favorites as well as new offerings such as Lobster & Shrimp Fideo and Filet Mignon & Garlic Prawns. The restaurant will also offer an expanded cocktail menu and a new bar experience. Happy Hour specials will be available from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Founder Sam Fox expressed excitement about the opening, stating that it brings a fresh and dynamic energy to complement the mall redevelopment. Blanco Reserva will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
