Two men were shot near a Phoenix apartment complex and taken to hospitals with serious injuries, but are expected to recover, according to the Phoenix Police Department. The shooting happened just before 7:30 p.m. at an apartment complex near Thunderbird Road and 43rd Avenue. Several people were detained at the scene as the investigation into the incident continues.
