Man arrested in Arizona in connection with double shooting in Cleveland | Local News

A man wanted for a double shooting at a local Cleveland bar in March 2023 has been arrested in Arizona. Brandon Crofton is accused of shooting two women at Classy Cat Lounge on Inman Street before fleeing the state. After a joint effort by several agencies, Crofton was located in Glendale, Arizona, where U.S. Marshals took him into custody at a business. Crofton is now awaiting extradition to Tennessee, where he faces charges of two counts of attempted first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during a felony, and reckless endangerment with serious injury/use of a deadly weapon. Lt. Evie West commended the collaboration that led to Crofton’s arrest and urged the public to stay tuned for updates on the case. The Cleveland police are grateful for the cooperation that ultimately led to the apprehension of the suspect.
