Tulane Women’s Basketball team concluded the St. Pete Showcase with an 87-70 loss to Northern Arizona. Despite Kyren Whittington’s game-high 23 points, Tulane struggled with shooting, finishing at 34.6% from the field and 28.0% from three-point range. The team fell behind early, trailing 39-32 at halftime, and Northern Arizona dominated in the paint.
In the fourth quarter, Tulane showed resilience, but Northern Arizona’s strong shooting secured the win. Kendall Sneed added 14 points, Victoria Keenan had seven, and Dyllan Hanna grabbed eight rebounds. The team returns to Uptown for a four-game homestand, starting with a matchup against North Dakota State on December 10.
