Threats against Donald Trump’s life persist even after his election as the 47th President of the US, with federal officials detaining a man from Arizona, Manuel Tamayo-Torres, for making death threats against Trump and his family. Tamayo-Torres, who posted videos online wielding weapons and making profanity-filled threats, was detained after making threats against Trump in a video uploaded on Thursday. The man had also claimed that Trump had abducted and trafficked his children with the help of the Secret Service. Despite being referred to as ‘Individual 1′ in court documents, it was confirmed that Tamayo-Torres’ threats were directed at Trump. This incident adds to the list of murder plots against Trump, including a Pennsylvania rally shooting in July where a gunman tried to harm the President-elect. Authorities are taking these threats seriously, as Tamayo-Torres faces charges for his actions. The safety of President Trump and his family remains a top priority amidst ongoing threats to his life.
