Former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce announced that he will host a late-night talk show called “They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce” on ESPN. The hour-long show will be filmed in front of a live audience in Philadelphia and will run for five weeks on Friday nights starting on January 3. Kelce expressed his love for late-night shows and mentioned that the show will feature NFL legends, friends, coaches, and celebrities. The show’s title is a nod to NFL Films’ first full-length film, “They Call it Pro Football,” and will feature music from the Philadelphia-based band Snacktime. Each episode will have repeat airings on ESPN2 and will be available on ESPN+ and Kelceās YouTube channels. Kelce, who retired from the NFL last season after 13 years with the Eagles, is currently a part of ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown” show. He won a Super Bowl with the Eagles in 2018 and has a popular podcast with his brother Travis Kelce that recently signed a $100 million deal with Amazon’s Wondry. Kelce’s late-night show aims to be a celebration with a unique blend of sports, entertainment, and music.
