Four teens have been arrested in connection to the death of a 15-year-old in El Mirage, Arizona. The suspects, identified as Joey Hernandez-Silvas, Marcos Martinez, Fernando Avila, and Joshua Ochoa, were arrested on June 26 and face charges of murder, robbery, aggravated robbery, and conspiracy of aggravated robbery.
