Paul Bunyan Communications will be using Witbe’s proactive monitoring technology to remotely monitor channels running on their PBTV set-top boxes, allowing them to deliver outstanding quality of experience to customers across several states.

In addition to proactive monitoring technology, Paul Bunyan Communications is also utilizing Witbe’s Remote Eye Controller software to remotely access and control devices plugged into a Witbox. This allows teams to collaborate and monitor PBTV STBs across their operating regions effectively.
